  • Crested penguins, or golden-haired penguins (lat.Eudyptes) - a genus of penguins, includes 7 living species. Birds of this species are of medium size (50-70 cm) and have tufts on their heads.

Macaroni Penguin (Eudyptes chrysolophus) Also included in this genus is the Chatham Penguin (Eudyptes chathamensis), which is believed to have died out in the late 19th century.
